Each and every individual in the team has been selected based on their extraordinary skills and proficiency in specific areas of management and cooking. Each member of the team puts their best foot forward and adds their skill to this excellent concoction to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
This organized and well-coordinated team is led by the maestro himself. Chef Subodh Goyal. The heart of Maa Da Dhaba, Chef Subodh is not an ordinary chef but an expert who has worked with top 5-star hospitality brands. His journey from the kitchens of 5-star hotels to the kitchen of his own restaurant has been full of excitement as well as challenges.
Yet, he did not give up. He took every step with sincerity and gave in to his dream all that he had; the result is right there for all of us to see (and eat!). He lays great emphasis on team work and feels that Maa Da Dhaba would not have been successful if it was not for his brilliant team. His next goal is to widen the outreach of Maa Da Dhaba and take the authentic taste of North India to as many people as possible.
